What does it mean to be 'fluent' in the Bible? When you're fluent in a language, you are able to use that language to express yourself and communicate clearly with others in conversation. A person who is fluent in the Bible is able to express ideas, converse with others and put their learning into practice through the love-language that is the Word of God.
